• Your site content. The business description you type, and the pages, text, and details of the website you generate, edit, and publish.
• Payment information. If you start a paid plan, your card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email or through a report or support request.

Information we collect automatically

As you use the Service we record basic technical information needed to run and secure it — such as log data, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the actions you take in the app (for example, generating, editing, or publishing a site). We use this to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.

How we use your information

• To generate, host, publish, and let you edit your website.
• To create and secure your account and to authenticate you.
• To process payments and manage your subscription (through our payment processor).
• To provide support and respond to your messages and reports.
• To keep the Service safe — detecting abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

To generate and edit your site, the business description and site content you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the design and copy. This content is processed to deliver the feature you requested. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to identify you to third parties for advertising.

What is public

A website you choose to publish is, by design, public — anyone with the link can see the content you put on it. Please do not include personal information on a published site that you would not want to be public. Your account email and billing details are never shown on your published site.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf — for example our hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, our AI provider, and our payment processor — and only as needed to provide the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service and meet legal and accounting obligations. When you close your account or cancel, we handle your site and data as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your account credentials and use good judgment about what you publish.

Your choices and rights

You may access and correct your information, request a copy of it, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of non-essential emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond.

Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
