Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Website Design (“AI Website Design,” the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ai-website.design and the websites you create with it. By creating an account, previewing a design, or publishing a site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

AI Website Design lets you describe a business in plain words and uses AI to generate a complete, multi-page website — pages, layout, and copy — which you can preview, edit, and publish. You can change your site later by clicking any text to edit it or by asking the AI to make changes.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

AI Website Design is offered for a one-time setup fee of $50 (which covers the AI-designed website, connecting your domain, and getting it live) followed by a recurring subscription of $19 per month for hosting, your domain, and ongoing updates. You can preview a design for free before you pay. By starting a paid plan you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; how cancellations and refunds work is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content and ownership

The words, images, and business details you provide, and the site content generated for you, are yours. You grant us the permission we need to host, display, and process that content in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use everything you upload or publish (including logos, photos, and text), and that your site’s content is truthful and lawful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AI Website Design to create, publish, or distribute:

• Anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Malware, phishing, spam, or content designed to deceive or harm visitors.
• Sexually explicit material, content that exploits or endangers minors, or content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against others.
• Content that impersonates a person or organization or misrepresents your affiliation.

We may remove content, unpublish a site, or suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. Where we can, we will try to warn first; when safety or the law is involved, we may act immediately. You can report a site that violates these Terms using the report link on any published site, and we review those reports.

6. AI-generated content

Designs and copy are produced by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or not exactly what you intended. You are responsible for reviewing your site before you publish it and for making sure its claims about your business are true. AI output is a starting point you control, not a guarantee of any particular result.

7. Our intellectual property

The AI Website Design name, software, and underlying design system are ours. These Terms do not give you a license to copy, resell, or white-label the Service itself. This does not affect your ownership of your own site content described in Section 4.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service and published sites available and fast, but we provide the Service “as is” and “as available” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. When your paid plan ends, your published site may be unpublished; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your site and data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute with you directly first — please email us before taking any other step.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will revise the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
