Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for AI Website Design. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

What you pay

• One-time setup — $50. Covers designing your website with AI, connecting your domain, and getting it live.
• Monthly subscription — $19/month. Covers hosting, your domain, and ongoing updates for as long as your site is live.

You can preview a design for free before you pay anything. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract. To cancel, email us at hello@ai-website.design from the address on your account, or use the cancellation option in your dashboard where available. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stops renewing, so you are not charged again.
• Your site remains live through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After that period ends, your published site is unpublished and taken offline.

Refunds on the monthly subscription

Monthly payments are billed in advance for that month and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancelling stops all future charges. If you were charged after you asked to cancel, or you believe a charge was made in error, email us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Refunds on the setup fee

The one-time setup fee covers AI design work and domain setup that happen right away. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and, provided your site has not yet been published to a live domain, we will refund the setup fee. Once a site has been published to a live domain, or after 7 days, the setup fee is non-refundable because the work has been delivered.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ai-website.design from the address on your account with the details of your purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Your domain and data after cancellation

If your website is on a domain we registered or connected for you as part of your plan, that domain stays active only while your subscription is active. If you would like to keep or transfer a domain after cancelling, contact us and we will help where we can (domain registry fees or transfer rules may apply). You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please reach out first — we would much rather fix it directly and quickly than have you dispute it with your bank.
